At Orbit The Label we understand that online shopping can sometimes be difficult. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept return of an unworn item within 7 business days of the receiving of purchase (*except for sale items as marked*) in exchange for Store Credit to the Value of your purchase
- Please check all items upon receiving them; please let us know if there are any issues at all with your new items.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed once arriving at our warehouse.
- If you are unsure as to whether your return has arrived, please check any tracking you may have used when posting the return back to us.
- If you wish to return your order, please do so within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be returned with tags attached, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging
- Please ensure all items are free from marks, stains or rips as they may not be accepted for return.
- Return shipping costs are at customer’s own expense. We recommend using tracking. If you would like an exchange please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel. Please keep a note of your tracking number.
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.

We want you to be happy with our product so call us and we will do our best to help. In the instance where a refund is granted, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in good condition and approved by Orbit The Label. Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
